John Collins Autographs
John Collins is a professional basketball player who was born on September 23, 1997, in Layton, Utah. He attended Cardinal Newman High School located in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he played basketball as a power forward. Collins had an impressive basketball career in high school and caught the attention of many basketball scouts, leading him to be recruited by Wake Forest University in 2015.
Collins played for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons from 2015 to 2017, and in his sophomore year, he averaged 19.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, which earned him the first team All-ACC honors. After his sophomore year, Collins entered the NBA draft and was selected in the first round, 19th overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks. He signed a contract with the team in July 2017, and he has been with them ever since.
As a member of the Atlanta Hawks, Collins has continued to showcase his great basketball talent. In his first season with the team, he averaged 10.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, earning a spot in the NBA All-Rookie Second Team. The following season, he improved his stats to 19.5 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, which made him an important player for the Hawks team. Collins is a dynamic player with excellent dunking ability, and he has proven to be an asset to the Atlanta Hawks.
