After high school, Justin went on to play college basketball at the University of Washington where he was a key member of the Huskies team that won the 2011 Pac-10 regular season championship. Holiday went undrafted in the 2011 NBA Draft but was signed by the Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2012 NBA Summer League. He played in several other leagues in Europe and Asia until 2014, when he finally landed his first NBA contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.
