Lee Mayberry Autographs
Lee Mayberry was born on June 12th, 1970, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He developed a passion for basketball at an early age and became known for his exceptional dribbling and shooting abilities. Mayberry was a four-year letterman at Booker T. Washington High School, where he was named a McDonald's All-American in 1988. He led his team to the 5A state championship in his senior year and was named the tournament MVP.
After graduating high school, Mayberry attended the University of Arkansas, where he played for the Razorbacks. He was a standout player on both ends of the court, excelling in defense as well as offense. Mayberry started in all four of his years at Arkansas, finishing his college career with an average of 12.7 points, 4.1 assists, and 1.6 steals per game. His efforts helped lead the Razorbacks to three NCAA Tournament appearances, where they made it to the Sweet Sixteen in 1990 and 1991.
In 1992, Mayberry was selected 23rd overall in the NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He played in the NBA for eight seasons, spending time with the Bucks, Vancouver Grizzlies, and Portland Trail Blazers. Mayberry was known for his excellent shooting and ball-handling skills, making him a deadly three-point shooter and solid rotation player. He retired from the NBA in 2000, ending his career with an average of 6.9 points, 2.8 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. Mayberry’s skillset earned him recognition as an Arkansas Sports Hall of Famer, and he remains active in the basketball community as a coach and mentor.
