Matt Geiger Autographs
Matt Geiger is a former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for eleven seasons. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1969, Geiger grew up playing basketball and attended college at Auburn University in Alabama. He was drafted in the second round of the 1992 NBA draft by the Miami Heat and played for the team from 1992 to 1995.
During his career, Geiger was primarily known for his skills as a center. He played for several teams including the Philadelphia 76ers, the Charlotte Hornets, and the Miami Heat. Over the course of his career, he played in 665 games and scored 5,888 points, averaging 8.8 points per game. In addition to his scoring, Geiger was also known for his rebounding abilities, averaging 5.6 rebounds per game over the 11 seasons he played in the NBA.
Despite injuries that limited his playing time towards the end of his career, Geiger had a successful run in the NBA. He retired in 2002, ending a career that saw him compete against some of the greatest basketball players of all time. Today, he remains involved in the sport, coaching youth basketball teams and participating in charity events to support the community.
