Peja Stojakovic Autographs
Peja Stojakovic is a retired Serbian basketball player, who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1998 to 2011. He was born on June 9, 1977, in Slavonska Požega, Croatia. Peja started his basketball career in Europe before moving to the United States in 1998. He played for the NBA teams, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, New Orleans Hornets, and Dallas Mavericks.
During his time in the NBA, Peja Stojakovic was an excellent player known for his three-point shooting, scoring, and versatility. He was a three-time NBA All-Star, and he helped the Sacramento Kings reach the playoffs in eight consecutive seasons from 1999 to 2006. Stojakovic was also part of the 2011 Dallas Mavericks team that won the NBA championship. In his NBA career, he scored a total of 13,647 points, had 3,650 rebounds, and made 1,760 three-pointers.
After retiring from basketball, Peja Stojakovic still remained involved in the sport. In 2015, he was hired by the Sacramento Kings as director of player personnel, and he became the team's general manager in 2019. Stojakovic also worked as a consultant for the Dallas Mavericks from 2013 to 2015. Overall, Peja Stojakovic is remembered as a great basketball player who achieved a lot during his career and who continues to contribute to the sport in his current role as a team executive.
