Ricky Pierce Autographs
Ricky Pierce was an American professional basketball player born in 1959 in Dallas, Texas. He is one of the most successful basketball players of his time, playing at different levels of basketball, including high school, college, and professional basketball. Pierce played for the San Antonio Spurs, Milwaukee Bucks, Seattle SuperSonics, and Golden State Warriors.
Pierce was a star player for the Silsbee High School basketball team in Texas and then went on to play college basketball at Rice University, where his talent, led him to become the school's all-time leading scorer. He was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the 1982 NBA draft but was traded to the San Antonio Spurs. After an outstanding rookie season, he was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks and became a superstar with the team. He was the NBA sixth man of the year in 1987 and again in 1990, becoming the first person to receive the award twice in a row.
Pierce was known for his great shot-making and the ability to score points from anywhere on the court. He retired after scoring more than 18,000 points during his NBA career, averaging 14 points per game over his career span. His incredible performance throughout his career earned him a spot in the Milwaukee Bucks and Seattle SuperSonics Hall of Fame. Pierce is still highly respected in the basketball world and is considered one of the best scorers to play the game.
