Sedale Threatt Autographs
Sedale Threatt, born on September 10, 1961, was a successful professional basketball player who played in the NBA between 1983 and 1997. He played primarily for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Houston Rockets, and made significant contributions to his teams throughout his career. Threatt played point guard and shooting guard positions, and his ability to score points, play excellent defense, and create scoring opportunities for his teammates made him a valuable player.
Threatt had a successful collegiate career at West Virginia University, where he was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Year in 1983. He then entered the NBA draft and was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round. Threatt played for the 76ers for five seasons before he joined the Los Angeles Lakers in 1988. With the Lakers, Threatt played a key role in their back-to-back NBA championships in 1989 and 1990. He later played for the Houston Rockets, where he helped the team reach the Western Conference Finals twice. Throughout his career, Threatt was known for his quickness, his ability to score points, his agility, and his excellent ball-handling skills.
After retiring from basketball in 1997, Threatt coached in the NBA Development League and found success as a coach. Despite his impressive coaching career, he will always be remembered for his contributions to the game as a player. His ability to play both guard positions, his scoring and defensive capabilities, and his quickness, agility, and ball-handling skills made him one of the most valuable players of his time. Threatt's dedication to basketball and his love of the game inspired many aspiring basketball players to follow in his footsteps.
