Zeke Nnaji Autographs
Zeke Nnaji is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player who plays as a power forward and center for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nnaji was born on January 9th, 2001, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he began his basketball career at Hopkins High School, where he played from 2016-2019. At Hopkins, Nnaji played alongside future NBA player and G-League standout, Amir Coffey, and won two state championships with the Royals.
After completing high school, Nnaji attended the University of Arizona, where he played for Wildcat basketball from 2019-2020. In his freshman year, he led Arizona in scoring, rebounding, and field goal percentage, and was named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team. Nnaji was also listed on the Wooden Award preseason watch list for the 2020-2021 season before he was selected by the Denver Nuggets with the 22nd pick in the first round of the 2020 NBA draft.
In his rookie season with the Nuggets, Nnaji has had a solid start with occasional appearances as one of the team's lead players. In his first NBA start, he recorded 10 rebounds, 2 assists, and 9 points in a win against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has also recorded career-high stats on multiple occasions in the 2020-2021 NBA season. As one of Denver's promising rookies, Nnaji will look to continue to develop his skills and make a significant impact on the court.
