Andre Collins is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League for eight seasons between 1990 and 1999. Collins was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the second round of the 1990 NFL Draft. He quickly established himself as an important player for the team, playing in 16 games in his rookie season and earning a spot on the All-Rookie team. He would go on to play in 125 games in his career, starting in 85 of them.
Collins' career with the Redskins was marked by consistent, quality play. He played in three Super Bowls with the team, including the team's victory in Super Bowl XXVI.
