Bob Anderson Autographs

Bob Anderson was a professional baseball pitcher who played in the Major Leagues from 1957 to 1963. Born on September 19, 1935, in New Egypt, New Jersey, Anderson began his career with the Brooklyn Dodgers organization in 1953. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1957, as a member of the Dodgers, but he was quickly traded to the Washington Senators later that year.
During his career, Anderson played for four different teams, including the Senators, the Chicago White Sox, the Philadelphia Phillies, and the Cincinnati Reds. His best season was in 1961, when he had a 9-5 record and a 3.27 ERA for the White Sox. He also played in the 1962 World Series with the Giants, pitching in two games and allowing just one hit in three innings.
After retiring from baseball, Anderson worked as a coach for several teams, including the Milwaukee Brewers, the Seattle Mariners, and the Houston Astros. He passed away on November 5, 2015, at the age of 80, but his legacy as a professional baseball player and coach lives on.
