Brandon Banks, an American Football wide receiver, was born on December 21, 1987, in Garner, North Carolina. He was a standout athlete in high school and went on to play college football at Kansas State University. Banks broke out as a receiver and return specialist for the Wildcats, earning himself First-Team All-Big 12 honors in 2008. In 2010, Banks signed with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent. Despite his size, standing just 5 feet, 7 inches tall, he proved to be a dynamic and explosive player. He became a fan favorite in Washington for his electrifying returns on special teams, including two kickoff return touchdowns during his rookie season. Banks played three seasons with the Redskins before being released in 2013. He then signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League, where he earned All-Star honors as a return specialist in both 2015 and 2016. In 2017, Banks was instrumental in the team's run to the Grey Cup, where he had 8 receptions for 81 yards in the championship game.

Throughout his football career, Banks has proven to be a valuable player with a unique skill set. He has shown that size is not a limiting factor in football and has used his speed and agility to excel as a return specialist.
