Bryce Love Autographs
Bryce Love is a former American football running back who had a successful college career at Stanford University. Born on July 8, 1997, in Raleigh, North Carolina, Love attended Wake Forest High School, where he played football and track and field. He was a standout athlete who set records in the 100 meters and 200 meters and rushed for over 5,372 yards and 71 touchdowns in high school.
In his college football career, Love played three seasons at Stanford from 2015 to 2018. He became the starting running back for the Cardinal in his sophomore year in 2017, replacing Christian McCaffrey, who was drafted by the Carolina Panthers. Love finished the season with 2,118 rushing yards, averaged 8.1 yards per carry, and scored 19 touchdowns. He was named a consensus All-American, finished as the runner-up for the Heisman Trophy, and won the Doak Walker Award, given to the nation's top running back. Love was expected to repeat his success in his senior year but missed games due to injuries, which affected his performance. He finished the season with 739 rushing yards and six touchdowns, announced the end of his college career, and declared for the NFL Draft in 2019.
In the NFL Draft, Love was projected as a mid-round pick but ended up being drafted in the fourth round by the Washington Redskins, now known as the Washington Football Team. However, Love did not make an impact in his rookie season, as he was placed on the injured reserve list due to a knee injury sustained in his last college game. He missed the entire 2019 season and was waived by the Washington Football Team in September 2020. Love is currently a free agent and has yet to sign with a new team.
