Calvin Ridley Autographs
Calvin Ridley is an American football wide receiver who currently plays for the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL). Born on December 20, 1994, in Coconut Creek, Florida, Ridley attended Monarch High School where he started playing football. He was a highly rated prospect in high school and was ranked by ESPN as the number one wide receiver in the nation.
After graduating from high school, Ridley accepted a scholarship offer to attend the University of Alabama to play college football. In his freshman year, he quickly established himself as a standout player and went on to set a freshman record in Alabama by catching 89 passes for 1,045 yards and 7 touchdowns. Ridley’s college career only got better as he played for three seasons with the Crimson Tide. In total, he caught 224 passes for 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns. He was also a two-time First-team All-SEC selection and won a national championship in his freshman year.
After his impressive college career, Ridley declared for the 2018 NFL Draft and was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the first round, 26th overall. In his first season with the team, he caught 64 passes for 821 yards and 10 touchdowns, which made him the team's second-leading receiver behind Julio Jones. He continued to improve in his second season and finished the 2019 season with 63 receptions for 866 yards and 7 touchdowns. Ridley is considered to be one of the most promising young players in the NFL and is expected to have a bright future in the league.
