Chad Kelly Autographs
Chad Kelly is a former American football quarterback who was born on March 26, 1994, in Buffalo, New York. He began his football career in high school at Saint Joseph's Collegiate Institute where he became a three-year starter and a two-time Monsignor Martin Player of the Year. Kelly then attended Clemson University and played for the Clemson Tigers for two seasons. During his time at Clemson, Kelly set several records, including the school's single-game passing record of 420 yards.
In 2015, Chad Kelly transferred to the University of Mississippi and became the starting quarterback for the Ole Miss Rebels. During his junior year, Kelly led the team to a Sugar Bowl victory over the Oklahoma State Cowboys, and he finished the season with 4,042 passing yards, 31 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. In his senior year, Kelly suffered a season-ending injury, but he still managed to throw for 2,758 yards, 19 touchdowns, and just 8 interceptions. Despite his injury, Kelly was still considered a top prospect for the NFL draft, and he was eventually picked in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.
Kelly spent two seasons with the Broncos before being released in 2019. He then played for the Indianapolis Colts practice squad before being released a month later. In January 2020, Kelly signed a futures contract with the Los Angeles Rams, but he was released in July of the same year. In 2021, Kelly was offered a tryout with the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats, but he declined the opportunity to pursue other options. Although Kelly's professional football career has been somewhat rocky, he is still considered one of the greatest quarterbacks in Ole Miss history and a player with immense potential.
