Chris Zorich is a retired American professional football player who played as a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Born on March 13, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois, Zorich played college football at the University of Notre Dame. During his college career, he won the Lombardi Award and was named an All-American. Zorich spent the majority of his NFL career with the Chicago Bears, playing for the team from 1991 to 1996. He was considered one of the best defensive tackles in the league during his prime, and his performance earned him two Pro Bowl appearances in 1993 and 1994.
