Cody Pickett Autographs
Cody Pickett is a former American football quarterback who played professionally for seven years on several teams, including the San Francisco 49ers, the Houston Texans, and the Oakland Raiders. Born on June 30, 1980, in Caldwell, Idaho, he attended Puyallup High School in Washington state, where he was a star player in both football and basketball. In 1999, he was named the state of Washington's Player of the Year in football.
After high school, Pickett attended the University of Washington, where he played for the Huskies for four seasons, from 2000-2003. He was a three-year starter and set numerous school records, including career passing yards with 10,220. Pickett was drafted by the 49ers in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft, where he served as a backup quarterback for three seasons. He also played for the Texans in 2006 and the Raiders in 2007. After his NFL career, Pickett played briefly in the Canadian Football League before retiring in 2009.
Throughout his football career, Pickett was known for his strong arm and competitive nature. Although he never reached the level of stardom in the NFL, he was widely respected for his work ethic and dedication to the sport. After hanging up his cleats, Pickett went on to coach football at various levels, including serving as the quarterbacks coach at the University of Washington from 2014-2017. Today, he lives in Sammamish, Washington, with his family and remains involved in football as a private quarterback coach.
