Craig Wolfley is a former American football player who was born in Buffalo, New York, in 1958. He is best known for his work with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he played for 12 seasons as an offensive lineman from 1980 to 1991. Wolfley played college football at Syracuse University, where he was a standout player for the Orangemen from 1976 to 1979. After graduating, he was drafted by the Steelers in the fifth round of the 1980 NFL Draft. Wolfley quickly became a fan favorite in Pittsburgh and played a key role in the team's success during the early 1980s, including their Super Bowl championship in 1980.
