Dalton Hilliard Autographs
Dalton Hilliard was an American football player who spent his entire eight-year career in the National Football League (NFL) with the New Orleans Saints. Born and raised in Patterson, Louisiana, Hilliard attended Louisiana State University (LSU) where his impressive college football career earned him a second-round pick of the Saints in the 1986 NFL Draft.
Hilliard quickly established himself as a versatile and skilled running back for the Saints, earning three consecutive Pro Bowl selections from 1988 to 1990. During his career, he rushed for over 6,000 yards and scored a total of 53 touchdowns. Hilliard's accomplishments earned him a spot in the Saints Hall of Fame in 1998, and in 2018, he was also inducted into the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
Although Hilliard suffered a career-ending injury in 1993, he remains a beloved figure in Saints history, and his contributions to the team's success during his tenure are still remembered by fans. Beyond his football career, Hilliard also founded the Hilliard University Art Museum at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which showcases a collection of artwork from around the world. Today, Hilliard's legacy serves as a reminder of his impressive talent on the football field and his enduring impact on the community.
