Danny Copeland Autographs
Danny Copeland was an American football player who was born on April 24, 1966, in Orange, Texas. Copeland started his football career in college where he played for the Eastern New Mexico University. As a member of the ENMU Greyhounds football team, Copeland played as a defensive back for three seasons from 1984 to 1986. He was picked by the Washington Redskins in the eighth round of the 1988 NFL Draft as the 210th overall player.
Danny Copeland played in the NFL for five seasons. He played three seasons with the Washington Redskins from 1989 to 1991 and two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals from 1992 to 1993. Copeland's most outstanding season was in 1991 with the Washington Redskins. That season the Redskins won the Super Bowl, and Copeland was an essential part of the team's success. That season Copeland started in 14 games and recorded three interceptions, three fumble recoveries, and one touchdown. After his career as a football player, Copeland became a businessman and motivational speaker.
