David Clowney Autographs
David Clowney is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for four seasons from 2007 to 2010. He was born on July 7, 1985 in Miami, Florida, and began his football career at Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, Florida. Clowney played college football at Virginia Tech, where he was a standout wide receiver for three seasons from 2004 to 2006.
In 2007, Clowney was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the fifth round of the NFL draft. However, he was cut by the Packers before the regular season began and signed with the New York Jets. Clowney played for the Jets for three seasons from 2007 to 2009, where he primarily played on special teams and as a backup wide receiver. He also had a brief stint with the Carolina Panthers in 2010 before being released by the team.
Despite his short NFL career, Clowney was known for his speed and ability to stretch the field as a deep threat. He finished his NFL career with 22 receptions for 341 yards and one touchdown. After leaving the NFL, Clowney played briefly in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and Arena Football League (AFL) before retiring from football in 2016. Clowney currently works as an entrepreneur and motivational speaker, using his experience both on and off the field to inspire others to pursue their dreams.
