Born on February 24, 1990, in Lisbon, Ohio, Wolfe started playing football at the age of nine. He attended Beaver Local High School, where he was a standout football player, earning All-Ohio honors in his senior year. In the 2012 NFL draft, the Denver Broncos selected Wolfe in the second round as the 36th overall pick. He quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the Broncos defense, earning a spot on the NFL All-Rookie Team. Throughout his career with the Broncos, Wolfe demonstrated his versatility, playing multiple positions on the defensive line. He was a key player in the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 victory over the Carolina Panthers, finishing the game with two sacks and two tackles for a loss of yards.

In 2020, Wolfe signed a one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens. Although plagued by injuries during the season, he still managed to make an impact in the Ravens' defense. At the end of the season, Wolfe announced his retirement from football. Throughout his career, he recorded 299 tackles, 33 sacks, and one interception. Wolfe was a fierce competitor on the field, known for his toughness, work ethic, and leadership. He will always be remembered as one of the best defensive players in the NFL during his time.
