DeShone Kizer Autographs
DeShone Kizer is a former American Football quarterback who spent three seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Born in Toledo, Ohio in 1996, Kizer began his football career at Central Catholic High School in Toledo, where he was a standout quarterback. He continued his success, attending the University of Notre Dame where he started as the quarterback for the Fighting Irish.
With his strong arm and versatile ability to make plays with his feet, Kizer was drafted in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. Despite facing some challenges in his rookie season, Kizer started 15 games and threw for nearly 3,000 yards and 11 touchdowns. However, the quarterback struggled with turnovers and accuracy issues, leading to an eventual trade to the Green Bay Packers after just one season with the Browns.
In Green Bay, Kizer served as the backup quarterback behind future hall-of-famer Aaron Rodgers for two seasons. Although he only appeared in two games during his time with the Packers, Kizer's experience working with one of the best quarterbacks in the league undoubtedly made him a better player. After being released by the Packers at the end of the 2019 season, Kizer signed a reserve/future contract with the Las Vegas Raiders in January 2020. However, he was waived during final roster cuts that September and has not played in the league since then.
