Frank Stams is a former American football linebacker who had an impressive career in the National Football League (NFL). Born on February 28, 1965, in Akron, Ohio, Stams grew up playing football at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. He later joined the University of Notre Dame, where he played college football from 1983 to 1985.
