Gary Collins was an American football player born on April 20, 1938, in Williamstown, Pennsylvania. He went to Williamstown High School, where he excelled in football, basketball, and baseball. Collins spent his entire professional career with the Cleveland Browns, and he quickly established himself as one of the team's most reliable and versatile players. He played as a wide receiver, punt returner, and even a quarterback, and he was equally proficient in all three positions. In 1963, he led the NFL in touchdowns and receiving yards, and he was named the league's most outstanding player in 1964.
