Gary Danielson Autographs

Gary Danielson was born on September 10th, 1951, in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up in a family of athletes, so it's no surprise that he fell in love with football. Gary attended Divine Child High School in Dearborn, Michigan, where he became a standout athlete for the football team. His natural ability on the field earned him a scholarship to attend Purdue University in Indiana.
At Purdue, Gary quickly established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the country. He led his team to two consecutive winning seasons, including a trip to the Rose Bowl in 1971. Gary's strong arm and quick decision making made him a top prospect for the NFL, and he was eventually drafted in the 13th round by the Detroit Lions in 1976. However, despite his skills, Gary struggled to find success in the NFL, and he bounced around to several different teams before ultimately retiring in 1988.
After his playing days were over, Gary turned his attention to broadcasting, where he found a second career as a color commentator for college football. He quickly established himself as one of the best broadcasters in the country, thanks to his extensive knowledge of the game and his ability to break down complex plays for viewers. Today, Gary is considered one of the most respected voices in football broadcasting, and he is a regular fixture on CBS's coverage of SEC football.
