Bradley's NFL journey began in 2006 when he was appointed as a defensive quality control coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He later worked as the linebackers coach for the Seattle Seahawks between 2009 to 2012, where he played a critical role in developing the famous "Legion of Boom" defensive unit. Under Bradley's leadership, the Seahawks defense was ranked the top in the league for two consecutive seasons, and won a Super Bowl championship in 2013.

In 2013, Bradley was appointed as the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he spent four seasons before being fired in 2016. After leaving the Jaguars, he served as the defensive coordinator for both the Los Angeles Chargers and the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite not winning any major awards in his coaching career, Bradley is widely respected for his defensive mindset and work ethic.
