Jack Pardee Autographs

Jack PardeeJack Pardee was born on April 19, 1936, in Exira, Iowa, and his family moved frequently when he was younger due to his father's work. He went on to attend Texas A&M University, where he played as a linebacker for the Aggies from 1954 to 1956. In his senior year, Pardee was named as an All-American and led the Southwest Conference in tackles.
After his collegiate career, Pardee was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the second round of the NFL draft in 1957. He played for the Rams for five seasons before being traded to the Washington Redskins, where he spent six seasons. Pardee played a total of 15 seasons in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams, Washington Redskins, and the Chicago Bears. He earned two Pro Bowl honors (1963 and 1971) during his playing career.
Jack Pardee went on to become a successful coach, leading the University of Houston, Houston Oilers, and the Chicago Bears. He was named the NFL Coach of the Year in 1976 for leading the Bears to their first playoff appearance in 14 years. Pardee remained active in the football world even after his retirement, working as a consultant and serving as the head coach of a United States Football League team. Overall, Pardee's contributions to football, both on and off the field, cemented his legacy as a true legend of the sport.
