Ringer's impressive college career paved the way for his entrance into the NFL, where the Titans selected him in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL Draft.

Ringer played for the Titans for four seasons, although his playing time was limited due to injuries. He served as a backup running back to Chris Johnson and saw most of his action on special teams. In his NFL career, Ringer rushed for 286 yards and scored two touchdowns. He retired from professional football in 2014.
