Jim Everett Autographs
Jim Everett is a former professional American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He was born on January 3, 1963, in the city of Fairbanks, Alaska, but he grew up in California. Everett played college football for the Purdue University Boilermakers, where he had a successful career and set multiple records.
After college, Everett was selected by the Houston Oilers as the third overall pick of the 1986 NFL Draft. However, he was soon traded to the Los Angeles Rams, where he played for eight seasons. He had several successful years with the Rams, leading them to three playoff appearances and setting numerous franchise records. In 1989, Everett threw for a career-high 4,310 yards and 29 touchdowns, earning his first Pro Bowl selection.
Everett went on to play for several other NFL teams, including the New Orleans Saints, the San Diego Chargers, and the New York Giants. Although he never reached the Super Bowl, he had a successful career and retired with over 34,000 passing yards and 203 touchdowns. Off the field, Everett remained involved in football, working as a commentator and analyst for various sports media outlets. He was inducted into the Purdue University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012.
