John Friesz Autographs
John Friesz was born in August 1986, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and began his impressive American football career playing for Lake City High School. After an impressive high school career, he went on to play for the University of Idaho and become one of the most talked-about quarterbacks in college football. With over 10,000 passing yards and 82 touchdown completions, Friesz set a number of school records and was a key player in leading his team to several championship games.
After his successful college career, Friesz went on to become a professional football player, and he was drafted in the 8th round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers. He played ten seasons, and worked his way through the league as a backup quarterback for the Chargers, the Seattle Seahawks, the Washington Redskins, and the New England Patriots. During his ten NFL seasons, Friesz completed over 2,800 passes for 19,684 yards, and was considered one of the most reliable backup quarterbacks in the league.
Although he never became a starting quarterback in the NFL, John Friesz had a long and illustrious career playing football, and he continues to inspire young American football players all over the world. After retiring from football, Friesz went on to a career in real estate, but he has remained active in the world of football, attending various events, and serving as a mentor to young players in his hometown. Today, he is still remembered by fans and colleagues as one of the most talented and dedicated players in the history of American football.
