Josh Doctson Autographs
Josh Doctson is a former American football wide receiver whose talent on the field earned him a spot in the National Football League (NFL). Born on December 3, 1992, in Mansfield, Texas, Doctson attended Legacy High School, where he played basketball and football. He was an excellent athlete and made headlines in his senior year with 1,616 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns. These achievements earned him a scholarship to the Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth.
During his time at TCU, Doctson set numerous records that earned him national recognition. In 2015, he recorded 79 receptions and 1,327 yards, which ranks second and third, respectively, in TCU history. Moreover, Doctson led the nation with 14 touchdown catches, setting the school and Big 12 Conference record. Doctson's college career landed him in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft when he was selected as the 22nd overall pick by the Washington Redskins.
In his NFL career, Doctson played for the Redskins, the Minnesota Vikings, and the New York Jets. Although Doctson's professional career did not quite live up to the expectations, he still managed to record 1,034 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. His most significant achievement was during the 2018 season when he helped the Redskins win against the Carolina Panthers with an impressive touchdown catch. Despite his retirement, Doctson will always be remembered as an exceptional athlete with a passion for football.
