Keith Bulluck was born on April 4, 1977, in Rockland County, New York. He was a standout athlete during his high school days at Clarkstown North, where he played football, basketball, and track. Bulluck was considered one of the best linebackers in the country when he was recruited to play at Syracuse University, where he played for four seasons. In his college career, Bulluck recorded 375 tackles, 10 sacks, seven interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns. Bulluck was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the first round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He spent 10 seasons with the Titans, where he established himself as one of the best linebackers in the game. Bulluck had a reputation as a fierce competitor and a hard hitter, and he earned Pro Bowl honors in 2003, 2004, and 2006. He was also a first-team All-Pro selection in 2003 and 2007. Bulluck finished his career with the New York Giants, where he played in 13 games in 2010 before suffering a season-ending injury. He retired at the end of the season, finishing his career with 1,080 tackles, 19 sacks, 22 interceptions, and 11 forced fumbles.

Off the field, Bulluck has been involved in numerous charitable endeavors. He founded the Keith Bulluck Believe and Achieve Foundation, which aims to provide educational opportunities and support for underprivileged children. He has also been active in supporting breast cancer research and other causes.
