Kelly Gregg is a retired professional American football player, born on November 26, 1976, in Edmond, Oklahoma. He had an impressive career in football and is considered one of the greatest defensive linemen in the history of the game. After attending Edmond Memorial High School in Oklahoma, he pursued his college football career at the University of Oklahoma. In 1999, Gregg signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent. However, he was released before the regular season began. Later that year, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad, and for the next two seasons, he played for the Eagles, primarily as a backup defensive tackle. Gregg’s big break in the NFL came in 2001 when he was signed as a free agent by the Baltimore Ravens. He remained with the Ravens for nine seasons and established himself as an essential part of the Ravens' defense. He was known for his outstanding run defense and his ability to disrupt offensive lines.
