In the 2016 NFL Draft, Drake was selected in the third round by the Miami Dolphins. In his rookie season, he served mainly as a backup but made his mark on the field by scoring two touchdowns in the Dolphins’ upset victory over the New England Patriots in the final game of the regular season. Drake continued to improve in his second season, rushing for over 600 yards and 4 touchdowns while also making contributions as a receiver and return specialist. He had his breakout season in 2018 when he became the Dolphins’ lead running back and totaled 1,012 yards from scrimmage with nine touchdowns.

After spending three and a half seasons with the Dolphins, Drake was traded to the Arizona Cardinals during the 2019 season. In Arizona, he once again emerged as a top playmaker, rushing for over 650 yards with eight touchdowns in just half a season with the team. He followed that up with another strong season in 2020 before signing with the Raiders as a free agent in 2021. At just 27 years old, Drake’s best football is likely still ahead of him as he continues to showcase his versatility and explosiveness on the field. Read even more about Kenyan Drake at Wikipedia
