Kevin Koger Autographs
Kevin Koger is a former American football tight end, who was born on December 23, 1989, in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Whitmer High School in 2008, where he was a three-sport athlete, participating in football, basketball, and track and field. Koger was highly recruited by numerous Division I schools, including Ohio State and Michigan State, but ultimately chose to attend the University of Michigan, where he committed to playing football for the Wolverines.
During his time at Michigan, Koger solidified himself as one of the team's most reliable and productive players. He played in all 13 games as a freshman and started six of them, recording 14 catches for 149 yards and two touchdowns. Throughout his collegiate career, Koger made significant strides and ended up playing in 49 games, with 12 starts, and recorded 58 catches for 674 yards and six touchdowns. In his senior season, he was named team captain and helped lead the Wolverines to a bowl bid.
After Koger graduated from Michigan, he joined the NFL and signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent. However, a knee injury during the first week of training camp cut his professional career short, and he was eventually released. Despite not playing in the NFL, Koger's impact on Michigan football was significant, and he is remembered as one of the most reliable tight ends in the school's history. Today, Koger works as a coach and mentor for young athletes at Pinnacle Academy in his hometown of Toledo.
