Mack's career with the Cleveland Browns was remarkably notable. During his time with the Browns, he shared the backfield with his brother, Bernard, who played as a halfback. Kevin was known for his excellent blocking skills and one-cut running style, which made him one of the most experienced fullbacks in the league. In 1985, he had a breakout season and helped lead the Browns to the AFC Championship Game. Mack set a Browns record of 1,104 rushing yards with nine touchdowns that season and was named the team's Offensive Player of the Year. He went on to excel in his role in the backfield, finishing his career with the Browns with 30 rushing touchdowns, 4,175 rushing yards, and 150 receptions for 1,335 yards.

After retiring from football in 1994, Mack remained connected to the game, coaching high school football in his hometown of Kings Mountain. He served as the assistant coach at Kings Mountain High School for several years before becoming the head coach in 2004. Mack's love for football was evident in his time as a player and coach, and his impact was lasting. His achievements throughout his illustrious career helped him solidify his place as a top running back in Cleveland Browns history. Read even more about Kevin Mack at Wikipedia
