Lindy Infante Autographs
Lindy Infante was an American football coach who was born on March 27, 1940, in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1962 with a degree in physical education. Infante began his football coaching career as an assistant coach at Memphis State University before moving on to coach at the University of Florida, University of Cincinnati, and the University of Louisville.
Infante's most notable coaching career, however, was in the National Football League (NFL). From 1988 to 1992, he served as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. During his time with the Packers, he helped lead the team to back-to-back playoff appearances in 1993 and 1994. Infante's success with the Packers earned him the "Coach of the Year" award in 1989 from Pro Football Weekly.
Apart from coaching the Packers, Infante also worked as an offensive coordinator for several NFL teams such as the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, and Indianapolis Colts. Infante's contributions to the NFL have been well documented and he is widely regarded as an influential coach in the league. Lindy Infante passed away on October 8, 2015, but his legacy and achievements in American football will always be remembered.
