Luke McCown Autographs
Luke McCown is an American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for over a decade. He was born on July 12, 1981, in Jacksonville, Texas, and began playing football at an early age. McCown attended Louisiana Tech University, where he played college football for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
In the 2004 NFL Draft, McCown was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round. During his rookie season, he appeared in four games and threw for 608 yards and four touchdowns. He then went on to play for seven different NFL teams over the next 12 seasons, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, and San Diego Chargers. McCown had a successful career as a backup quarterback, often coming off the bench to provide a spark for his team. He retired from the NFL in 2017.
Off the field, McCown was known for his dedication to his faith and his involvement in charitable organizations. He and his wife, Katy, founded the Luke McCown Dreambuilders Foundation, which provides support for underprivileged children and families. McCown also served as a chaplain for several NFL franchises during his playing career, helping to guide his teammates both on and off the field.
