Mark Duper is a retired American football wide receiver who was born on January 25, 1959, in Louisiana. Duper was a dynamic playmaker who enjoyed a highly successful career in the National Football League (NFL) which spanned 11 illustrious seasons. Despite not being selected in the 1982 NFL Draft, Duper was eventually signed by the Miami Dolphins as a free agent that same year. His first season in Miami saw him record 20 catches for 274 receiving yards and two touchdowns which was a promising start to his NFL career. More about Mark Duper

Duper quickly established himself as one of the most reliable and productive players on the Miami Dolphins roster. He formed a formidable partnership with fellow wide receiver Mark Clayton and together, they became one of the most iconic and feared duos in the NFL during the 1980s. During his career, he was selected to three Pro Bowl teams (1983, 1984, 1986) and was a two-time All-Pro selection (1983, 1984).
