Mick Tingelhoff was an American football player who played as a center for the Minnesota Vikings. He was born on May 22, 1940, in Lexington, Nebraska. After college, Tingelhoff went undrafted but was signed as a free agent by the Minnesota Vikings in 1962. He played his entire 17-year NFL career with the Vikings, starting in 240 consecutive games, which at the time was the longest streak for a center in NFL history.
