Mike Kafka Autographs
Mike Kafka is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) from 2010 to 2015. Kafka had an accomplished college career at Northwestern University, where he set a school record for passing yards in a season and received numerous awards for his performance. In 2010, Kafka was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the NFL Draft and played for the team for two seasons.
During his time with the Eagles, Kafka served as the backup quarterback and saw limited playing time. He completed just 11 passes for 107 yards and no touchdowns. In 2012, Kafka was released by the Eagles and was signed by the New England Patriots but was released again before the regular season. He went on to play for several other NFL teams, including the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but never saw much playing time and ultimately retired from football in 2017.
Despite his relatively short career and limited playing time, Kafka has remained active in the world of football. He currently works as the quarterbacks coach for the Kansas City Chiefs, where he has helped to develop players like Patrick Mahomes and Chad Henne. Kafka is widely regarded as a talented coach and is seen as a rising star in the world of football coaching.
