Mike McMahon Autographs

Mike McMahon was born on February 8, 1979, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended North Allegheny High School, where he excelled both academically and athletically. McMahon was a standout football player, leading the team to the state championship in 1996. He was named the Pennsylvania Football Player of the Year and was recruited by several top colleges, including Michigan, Notre Dame, and Penn State.
McMahon ultimately chose to play for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, where he quickly made an impact. In his sophomore year, he set a school record with 2,140 passing yards and threw for 14 touchdowns. His success continued throughout his college career, and he was eventually drafted by the Detroit Lions in 2001. McMahon spent four years with the Lions, primarily serving as a backup quarterback, before being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2005.
In Philadelphia, McMahon played in several important games, including the 2005 season opener against the Atlanta Falcons. He stepped in for an injured Donovan McNabb and led the team to victory, throwing for 298 yards and two touchdowns. McMahon also started in a playoff game against the New Orleans Saints that same year. Although the Eagles lost that game, McMahon's performance was strong, and he completed 16 of 31 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown. McMahon played for several more NFL teams before retiring in 2010, but his most significant moments came during his time with the Lions and Eagles.
