Trubisky attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and played college football for the Tar Heels. He had an impressive college career, throwing for 4,762 yards and 41 touchdowns in just one full season as a starter. He was named the Sun Bowl MVP in 2016 and was a finalist for the Manning Award and the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award.

After his junior year, Trubisky decided to enter the NFL Draft, and the Chicago Bears selected him with the second overall pick in 2017. He had a solid rookie season, starting 12 games and completing 196 of 330 passes for 2,193 yards and seven touchdowns. However, he struggled in his sophomore year, and after 11 games, the Bears made a controversial decision to bench him in favor of Chase Daniel. In 2020, Trubisky signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills, where he has since served as the team's backup quarterback behind Josh Allen. Despite some setbacks, Trubisky remains a talented athlete with a bright future ahead in professional American football. Read even more about Mitch Trubisky at Wikipedia
