Nick Folk Autographs
Nick Folk is an American football kicker who was born on November 5, 1984, in Hollywood, California, United States. He studied at Notre Dame High School in California and was an incredible placekicker during his time there. As a senior, he was named to the All-CIF squad and was also ranked the 15th best kicker in the nation. After his high school career, he joined the University of Arizona football team.
In college, Folk continued to excel as a kicker, and he was even named the Special Teams Player of the Year by the Arizona coaching staff as a junior. He also set several records at the university, including the longest field goal in school history (60 yards) and the most field goals in a single season (26). After his junior year, Folk decided to forgo his senior year and enter the NFL draft.
Folk was selected in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys, where he spent four seasons. In his rookie year, he made a game-winning field goal against the Buffalo Bills and was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week. In 2008, he was named to the Pro Bowl as a kicker and helped the Cowboys make it to the playoffs. After his time with the Cowboys, Folk played one season each with the New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New England Patriots. Throughout his career, he made over 80% of his field goal attempts and was regarded as one of the most consistent kickers in the league.
