Raul Allegre Autographs

Raul Allegre is a retired Mexican-American football kicker who had a successful career in the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). He was born in Torreon, Mexico, in 1959 and moved to the United States at a young age. Allegre grew up in Texas and attended high school in New Braunfels. He then went on to play college football at the University of Texas at Austin, where he excelled as a kicker and punter.
Allegre was selected by the Baltimore Colts in the fourth round of the 1983 NFL Draft and spent his rookie season with the team. He was then traded to the New York Giants, where he found success and became a key player on the team that won Super Bowl XXI in 1987. Allegre made all four of his field goal attempts in the game, helping the Giants to a 39-20 victory over the Denver Broncos. He went on to play for several other NFL teams, including the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Jets, before finishing his career in the CFL with the Sacramento Gold Miners.
After retiring from football, Allegre became a sports analyst and commentator for ESPN Deportes and worked as a radio broadcaster for the University of Texas football team. He also started a scholarship program to help young athletes pursue their dreams of playing college sports. Allegre is widely regarded as one of the best kickers in football history and has been inducted into multiple halls of fame, including the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame and the Hispanic Heritage Baseball Museum and Hall of Fame.
