During his career, Incognito played for a total of four NFL teams, including the St. Louis Rams, the Miami Dolphins, the Buffalo Bills, and the Oakland Raiders. He was a Pro Bowler in 2012, and also earned a Second-Team All-Pro selection that same year. Incognito is known for his aggressive playing style, which has earned him both praise and criticism over the years. He has been named one of the dirtiest players in the league at times, but has also been acknowledged for his toughness and leadership on the field.

Beyond his accomplishments on the field, Incognito has also made headlines for his off-the-field behavior. He was suspended from the NFL for eight games in 2013 for his involvement in a bullying scandal while playing for the Miami Dolphins. Incognito has since acknowledged his past behavior and has spoken publicly about his efforts to better himself and make amends. Despite the controversy, Incognito remains an accomplished athlete, having played in 150 games during his NFL career and earning a reputation as one of the league's most formidable offensive linemen.
