McLeod entered the NFL in 2012 when he signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent. He proved to be a valuable addition to the team and started 77 games during his six-year stint with the Rams. In March 2016, McLeod signed a five-year, $35 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Since then, he has played a key role in their defense, contributing 410 tackles, nine interceptions, and 2.5 sacks in his five seasons with the team.
