Ronald Curry Autographs
Ronald Curry was an American football player who was born on May 28, 1979, in Hampton, Virginia. Curry had an impressive football career in high school, during which he played as a quarterback and a wide receiver. He was regarded as a top prospect among quarterbacks in the country and was heavily recruited by several college teams.
Curry went on to play college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he made his mark as one of the best quarterbacks in the school's history. During his time at Carolina, he set records for career touchdown passes, career total offense, career passing yards, career completions and career attempts. He was also named to the First-Team All-ACC team twice and was a finalist for the Manning Award in 2001.
After college, Curry went on to play in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL draft and played for them until 2008. Curry was known for his versatility during his time in the NFL, playing both as a quarterback and a wide receiver. He retired from professional football in 2010 after a brief stint with the San Francisco 49ers. Despite his relatively short NFL career, Curry's skills as an athlete were recognized and admired by many in the football community.
