Sam Koch Autographs
Sam Koch is an American football punter who currently plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). Born on August 13, 1982, in Seward, Nebraska, Koch attended the University of Nebraska where he played college football as a punter for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. During his college career, he earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors and All-Big 12 academic honors twice.
In 2006, Sam Koch was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent. He quickly made an impact with his strong leg and precision punting, averaging 45.3 yards per punt in his rookie season. Koch has remained with the Ravens for his entire NFL career, earning selection to the Pro Bowl in 2015. He also holds multiple franchise records, including the most punts in a single game (12), the most punt yards in a single game (523), and the most career punt yards (45,859) in Ravens history.
Off the field, Sam Koch is known for his charitable work and community involvement. He is the founder of the “Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville,” which focuses on providing educational experiences for children in his hometown of Evansville, Indiana. Koch also hosts an annual charity golf tournament in Evansville to raise funds for local charities and has been recognized for his contributions to the community with the Ravens’ Ed Block Courage Award in 2019.
