Tarvaris Jackson Autographs
Tarvaris Jackson was an American football quarterback who played in the National Football League for ten years. He was born on April 21, 1983, in Montgomery, Alabama, and attended high school in Montgomery before moving on to play for Alabama State University. He was selected as the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) co-Offensive Player of the Year in 2004.
Jackson was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He spent the majority of his career playing for the Vikings, starting 20 games between 2006 and 2010. In 2011, he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks, where he remained until 2015. During his time with the Seahawks, he started 14 games and won a Super Bowl in his final season with the team. Jackson also had a brief stint with the Buffalo Bills in 2012.
Jackson's football career was cut short due to a fatal car accident in 2019. At the time of his death, he was working as the quarterbacks coach at Tennessee State University. Throughout his career, Jackson was known for his strong arm and ability to make plays with his feet. He will be remembered as a dedicated athlete who worked hard to improve his skills and make the most of his opportunities in the NFL.
